By creating an account or using Swim Pursuit SA, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Only individuals aged 13 or older may create their own Swim Pursuit SA account. Swimmers younger than 18 may only be added by their parent or legal guardian, who confirms they hold that authority as described in the Privacy Policy.
Swim Pursuit SA is a personal training and performance-tracking tool for competitive swimmers. Qualifying standards shown in the app are sourced from published governing-body documents where available, remain the property of their respective governing bodies, and may not always be current or complete. Always confirm entry requirements directly with your gala organiser or governing body before relying on anything shown here.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your login secure, and for activity under your account. If you grant someone else access via a linked account, you're responsible for that grant and can revoke it at any time.
You agree not to: impersonate another person; add or submit another person's swimmer data without the legal authority to do so; or use the app in a way that disrupts it or accesses data you're not authorised to see.
The Swim Pursuit SA software, design, and branding remain the property of Ronald Vleggaar unless stated otherwise. You retain ownership of the information you enter; by using the app, you grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the app's functionality to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app and may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.
Swim Pursuit SA is currently free to use. Some features may become paid, optional add-ons in future. If that happens, we'll clearly communicate what's changing and what stays free before any charge applies — using the app under these Terms doesn't commit you to any future purchase.
The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that qualifying standards, calculated times, or any other figures shown are error-free or current. Nothing here substitutes for official confirmation from a swimming governing body or gala organiser.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including reliance on qualifying-standard or time data shown in it.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
We'll update the version number shown in-app when these terms change materially. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
