From Settings → Account actions, "Remove [name]" permanently deletes that swimmer's profile, swim times and qualification history, and withdraws consent. Other swimmers on your account are unaffected.
From Settings → Account actions → Delete account. This permanently deletes your login and every swimmer profile you own, with all their history.
If you only have your own login linked to someone else's swimmer (you are not the owner), deleting your account removes your access but leaves that swimmer's data with its owner.
All deletions are immediate and cannot be undone. We keep a consent audit record after deletion, stripped of personal details so it identifies no one. For any request you cannot complete in-app, contact support and we will process it within a reasonable time.
